My priorities are as follows:
Clean, sustainable , affordable water for Blacks And Beaver Harbour.
Modern space for retail development.
Fiscal responsibility.
Growth.
Jobs.
To achieve these I will push for coperation of all levels of Government, businesses and the private sector.
All sides must understand wants, needs and dreams must be fair to our residents. We can and will help . But this can’t be done in such a way as to overburden the tax payers. So the how is with every tax payer in mind.
Transparency is and has been important to EC.
Having said this some items, files and discussions by law must be behind closed doors.
You have to put your trust in those elected to represent you in some cases.
Talk to your counselor. Ask their opinion and thoughts on an issue.
Growth is needed. To manage progress is better a designed future. Open up areas for new retail.
Businesses build jobs. Jobs grow a community .
To manage to me is to encourage growth.
Taxes must be held or reduced either by growth or cuts.
