The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure wishes to advise the public of plans to construct a 122 meter (400’) public safety communication tower in Lawrence Station, NB. The new 400’ tower will improve wireless communications for Police, Fire, Ambulance, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure and other provincial government departments, agencies and First Responders in this area. Any comments or concerns relating to the construction of the tower may be forwarded to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Radio Communications Branch either by phone (506-453-3393) or by email to the Director of Radio Communications, at bruce_grandy@gnb.ca within 30 days of this public notification.
