Residents in Beaver Harbour are under a boil water order following repairs to a water main break in the community.
“This boil order does not affect Blacks Harbour,” the post said on social media. “Residents will be notified as soon as the boil order is lifted. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
It is unclear how long the boil order might be in effect for.
The water supply is privately owned in Blacks Harbour and Beaver Harbour and has been troubled with quality and infrastructure issues.
