42-year-old woman arrested in connection to St. Stephen theft

A 42-year-old woman from St. Stephen has been charged in connection with a break-and-enter and theft in the community. 

St. Stephen RCMP said on June 17, around 4:30 p.m., police were called to a report of a break, enter and theft from a cargo trailer on Milltown Boulevard.

RCMP said in a release several items, including power tools, were reported stolen.

“On June 22, police executed a search warrant at a residence on Mosher Road in Mohannes as part of an ongoing investigation,” the release said. “During the search, police seized power tools, ammunition, and firearm magazines.”

The woman, who is not named in the release, was arrested and later released with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 21.

Police are asking anyone who may have information regarding the break, enter, and theft, or that may help further the investigation, to contact the St. Stephen RCMP at 506-466-7030.
